Develop and execute strategic sales plans to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved.

Drive business growth by expanding the company’s client base and strengthening existing relationships.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Conduct market research to identify potential businesses and assess customer needs.

Monitor market trends and competition by gathering and analyzing information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and service levels.

Visit clients regularly, engage in high-level negotiations, and address inquiries promptly.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, investigate issues, and provide appropriate solutions within the required timeframe, ensuring follow-up for resolution.

Undertake any other tasks as assigned by management or immediate superior.

Requirements (Qualifications, Skills & Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
