Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market shifts.

Reporting & Documentation
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client meetings, and customer data in the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.

- Develop professional presentations and materials for customer engagement or internal use.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Support, Planning, Production, and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
