Responsibilities
- Ensure sales revenue through distributors and contractors.
- Ensure project sales by ensuring active specifications and sales leads are converted into sales for the company.
- Use specification project file to conduct sales call and work with distributor/ dealer/ contractors to finalize sales order.
- Develop customer loyalty and enhance significant relationship with key customer accounts.
- Establish new account to enlarge customer base and over-achieving sales target.
- Conduct in-depth communication with above clients to follow-up with ongoing project, introducing PRIMA value, products and systems and convince them commercially.
- Ensure pricing premium for company products and systems.
- Achieve project sales target in terms of coverage / win ratio / revenue / & product mix.
- Managing and updating project tracking into company tracking database, measuring sales and delivery activities.
- Co-work with technical team to organize customer training.
- Organizing presentation, site visitation and meeting to stake holders.
- Recognizes customer requirements (e.g. technical, schedule, cost/benefit) and brings effective Solutions to customers’ problems.
- Understands current market environment, competitive dynamics and key business drivers, any other S&M related activities as required by management.
- Participate in activities and exhibitions organized by S&M.
