Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
  • Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to surgeons, biomedical teams, procurement departments, and hospital management
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and purchase orders
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support coordination
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of sales experience in medical equipment or hospital consumables (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and tendering systems

Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling CSSD equipment (washer disinfectors, sterilizers)
