Job description

We are looking for a friendly, sales-driven Jewellery Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation in a jewellery retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle sales transactions using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the showroom
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred (jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bengali and Hindi
• Customer-oriented, presentable, and well-groomed
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Honest, responsible, and sales-driven
