Your Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and lead conversion

Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries

Collaborate with senior teams to develop advertising strategies and achieve revenue targets

Manage LED billboard inventory to maximize utilization and revenue generation

Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account management

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills – confident in presenting, persuading, and closing deals

Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality with the hunger and discipline to succeed

Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings across Kuala Lumpur

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking ability is a plus to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Experience in advertising, media, or OOH advertising is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong sales passion welcome)
