Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with basic sales experience are welcome
  • Willing to travel and visit customers regularly
  • Possess own car and valid driving license
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven experience in developing new customers and growing existing accounts
  • Comfortable dealing with wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy owners, or business operators
  • Able to work independently and manage assigned customer base
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Results-oriented with good time management
  • Possess own car and valid driving license
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new customers and expand market coverage within assigned territories
  • Promote existing products and actively introduce new product launches
  • Conduct regular customer visits based on assigned visit frequency
    • Klang Valley: Each assigned customer to be visited at least once per month
    • East Coast: Each assigned customer to be visited at least once per quarter
  • Take sales orders and follow up on order fulfilment
  • Check customer inventory levels and monitor stock movement
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and basic after-sales matters
  • Execute company promotions, sales programs, and marketing campaigns
  • Push sales activities in line with ongoing campaigns and incentives
  • Collect market feedback, competitor information, and pricing trends
  • Maintain basic sales records and reporting
