• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of watch craftsmanship.
• Handle high-value transactions with professionalism.
• Support clienteling activities including follow-ups.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising.
• Accurately manage sales documentation and after-sales coordination.
• Represent the brand with elegance and integrity.
