We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quarry Sales Executive to join our team at SYKT KUARI SINARAN CEMERLANG SDN BHD. This full-time position is based in Kluang, Johor and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our quarry customers.

Job Description

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the quarry industry.

Promote and sell quarry products (aggregate, crusher run, premix, etc.) to customers such as contractors, hardware shops, batching plants, and developers.

Build and maintain relationships with existing quarry customers to drive repeat business.

Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring targets and objectives are met.

Work closely with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

Preferably with some sales experience in the quarry or construction materials industry.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.

Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Handle customer inquiries and provide good after-sales service.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Able to work physically in ourKluang office.
