Sales Executive
Location: Puchong, Selangor
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (excluding allowances)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This position involves handling both new and existing customers, providing professional sales support, and delivering excellent customer service within the food machinery and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing customers (approximately 50/50).
• Handle inquiries and provide sales support through phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist in achieving overall sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the F&B supply, distribution, or trading industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive sales approach.
• Possess own vehicle and valid driving license (travel within KL & Selangor required).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
• Car Allowance: RM250 (probation), RM500 (after confirmation)
• Petrol and toll reimbursement provided
• Attendance allowance: RM150
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (required to work last Saturday of each month)
• Annual bonus provided
