Job summary

A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to promote products and assist with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Property or Marketing and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include providing consultations, coordinating marketing activities, and contributing to team development. Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Ensure IOI Branded customer service to prospects and purchasers

To attend walk-in and call in potential inquiries

Promote products and give consultations e.g . sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant.

To assist in coordinating & Implementing marketing and promotional activities.

To assist in compiling, monitoring and reporting of sale performance

To assist marketing research and development

Contribute to the on-going development of a positive team environment within the Sales & Marketing Department and also within other departments. At the same time, maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all co-workers.

To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company

Job Specification

• Degree in Property/Real Estate Management & Valuation, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, independent, and hardworking
• Able to read, write, and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays
