Job summary

A leading solutions provider based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is looking for a Sales Professional. The role involves maintaining existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and advising customers on product selection. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with relevant experience in design or manufacturing. Strong English and Bahasa skills, along with CAD software knowledge, are essential. This position requires independent work and targets achievement.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or experienced individuals are welcome.
• Working experience in Interior Design, Construction, or Mechanical Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing accounts, identifying opportunities and prospecting new accounts.
• Advise customers on suitable product selection.
• Follow up on sales enquiries via chat, email, and calls.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
• Work towards overall sales targets and marketing plan.
• Able to work independently.

Job description

• Maintain existing accounts, identifying opportunities & prospecting new accounts
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Following up on sales enquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
• Responsible for entire sales cycle, including meeting customer & providing technical sales support when necessary
• Work towards overall sales targets & marketing plan
• Able to work independently

Qualifications

• Fresh grad or experienced are welcome to apply
• Working experience would be an added advantage in Interior design, Construction OR Building OR Engineering OR Mechanical Manufacturing Industry
• Candidates must at least possess a Diploma
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (Solid Edge, Solidworks, AutoCAD Inventor, etc)
• Excellent communication skill and being able to think fast
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Fluent in English, Bahasa and converse in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
