Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management techniques and strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Strong Business Development skills with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Batu Gajah.
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on expanding Cybershield Plastic Sdn Bhd's customer base.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and analyze competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of Cybershield's products.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports to monitor progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on product development and market trends.
