Sales Executive (Site Visit & Client Qualification)

Location: Alor Setar, Kedah

Reporting to: Managing Director

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 9:15am – 5:45pm

Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for attending initial client appointments, conducting site measurements, gathering project requirements, and supporting the sales process through structured follow-ups. This role focuses on client engagement and information collection, not design or pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend initial client meetings and site visits across Kedah, Penang, and Perlis
  • Conduct site measurements and document requirements accurately
  • Ask structured qualification questions to understand client needs and budget range
  • Explain standard furniture and renovation solutions at a high level
  • Compile and submit complete information for quotation and proposal preparation
  • Follow up with clients on quotations and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site details, and client communications

  • All quotations and final approvals handled by management
