Job description
  • Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our products/services.
  • Provide clear and accurate product or service explanations to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Ensure customers feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied with the overall experience at our premises.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Prepare quotations, handle order forms, and support the customer from inquiry to purchase.
  • Follow up with customers after service or product delivery to ensure satisfaction and build rapport.
  • Update the sales tracking system with customer information, sales activity, and feedback.
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by promoting current offers, upselling where appropriate, and encouraging repeat business.
In-House Promotions & Internal Marketing
  • Create and display promotional materials (e.g., posters, product stands, table displays) within the shop or office to highlight ongoing promotions, new arrivals, or best-sellers.
  • Coordinate small-scale in-house marketing efforts such as festive decorations, themed displays, or customer loyalty highlights.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising of the premises to ensure it reflects our brand image and professionalism.
  • Create and promote materials and promotional packages on social media platforms.
Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with the administration and production team to ensure stock availability and product knowledge accuracy.
  • Report customer trends or feedback to the management for service or product improvement.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the front desk or showroom area.
