Sales Executive

The Sales Executive role is responsible for growing and retaining HB Fuller's market share and customer base in key market segments while achieving profit sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage demonstrations and technical problem‑solving independently.
  • Focus on growth (larger opportunities) and optimizing price and profitability.
  • Accountable for delivering annual business results aligned with the business plan and sales volume.
  • Drive customer intimacy by delivering HBF’s value proposition tailored to meet customers’ needs.
  • Promote, quantify, and expertly sell value that differentiates HBF in the market and adds value to customers.
  • Implement business pricing strategy based on guidelines and expertly deliver price increases by enabling price to stick.
  • Promote HBF products and technology to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of college degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant sales experience related to industry, B2B and packaging.
  • Passionate about industry sales, customer facing, and possesses the motivation and entrepreneurial spirit to drive change with innovation.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills – ability/confidence to sell the value of ideas internally and externally.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory/region.
  • Willingness to relocate or work remotely as needed.
