Responsibilities

  • Support Business Manager to handle RFQ and verify RFQ packages.
  • Communicate with China’s team for new project kick-off activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Assist in negotiating or closing deals and handle complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members for better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams.
Job description
  • a) Support Business Manager to handle RFQ, including verifying RFQ packages such as 3D data, 2D drawings, material specification, and manufacturing processes suitable for the products.
  • b) To communicate with China’s team for new project kick‑off-related activities.
  • c) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • d) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • e) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • f) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • g) Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • h) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • i) Assist the Business Manager in negotiating or closing deals as well as handling complaints or objections.
  • j) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • k) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
