A leading analytical solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to formulate strategies for achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing technical and commercial offers, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in instrumentation. Formulate strategies to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
Identify customer needs, analyze and determine price, offer and negotiate in order to secure orders.
Prepare technical and commercial offers for projects and loose sales.
Communicate effectively with principals and suppliers.
Compile market data and provide feedback to principals and suppliers to get competitive pricing.
Execute order upon receipt and coordinate project with engineers/ manufacturers/ suppliers/ and monitor the status and progress to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/ Health/ Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Petroleum/ Oil/ Gas) or equivalent.
Candidates with 1-2 years sales experience in instrumentation line shall be an added advantage.
Self-driven, dynamic and result orientated.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skill.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Based in Klang Valley, possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
