Job summary

A leading semiconductor company is seeking a skilled sales professional to execute their sales strategy and build long-term relationships with customers. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, have 3-5 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and be fluent in Mandarin. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in customer management. Willingness to travel is also essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities

Execute sales plan and drive to meet or exceed goals across all sales revenue metrics.

Build and maintain long term relationships with customers’ key decision makers with a view to grow customer trust.

Partner with internal functions to increase customer awareness and thereby a mindset towards customer orientation.

Develop good understanding of customers’ market situation, their needs and decision‑making processes.

Develop comprehensive competitor intelligence and provide analysis to increase TF‑AMD differentiation.

To develop and execute a winning sales strategy for TF‑AMD.

Partner with Customer Engineering organization to ensure customers’ needs are met in the factory.

Any other assignment given by superior.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in Engineering.
  • English (written, spoken), Mandarin (written, spoken). "We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers."
  • At least 3‑5 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably with an Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) organization.
  • Excellent customer management skills with proven track‑record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing with existing connections to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability/Willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
