HIKARI DENDOKI (M) SDN. BHD' is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Southwest Penang Island District, Penang. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers in Malaysia and supplier in Japan, Singapore and Thailand
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Malaysia market
  • Providing technical expertise and solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the sales, engineering and product teams in Japan, Singapore, Thailand to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of the industry and our product offerings
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably in the semiconductor or automation industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively and honestly engage with customers, suppliers and TEAM.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customer needs
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Tertiary qualification in Robotics and Control engineering or a related field is preferred
