Focused product: Commercial laptops/ Printers

Collaborate closely with product management teams to develop business growth strategies aligned with Commercial business goals and objectives.

Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with end-users and prospects across Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors to drive growth and market penetration.

Demonstrate familiarity with tender submission processes (pre- and post-bidding) for Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors.

Proactively identify business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.

Lead and manage the Commercial vertical team to achieve desired results and meet targets set by management.

Stay informed on industry developments and provide timely feedback or solutions to management.

Perform any other duties reasonably assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the computer/IT industry, with at least 5-8 years in a leadership role.

Strong business acumen with assertive and persuasive abilities.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge and strong relationships within vertical end-user markets.

Ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations.

Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership and team management abilities while being a collaborative team player to drive results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to sell in complex and dynamic situations.
