Our Client is a B2B customer engagement & loyalty technology company.

They help brands build member programs, points & rewards, coupons, campaigns, customer insights, and omni-channel engagement.

Role Summary

We’re hiring an Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to drive lead generation and sales qualification for Malaysia and Singapore. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads, booking qualified meetings for the sales team, and maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound lead generation via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator).
  • Build and manage a targeted prospect list (brand/retail/services and other relevant B2C-heavy industries).
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or similar) to identify contacts, validate data, and run outreach sequences and automation.
  • Qualify leads (budget / authority / need / timeline) and convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) / meetings.
  • Work closely with sales to refine ICP, messaging, and objection handling; continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Track activities and outcomes in CRM: outreach volume, connection rate, reply rate, meetings booked, SQL rate, pipeline influenced.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and weekly updates to management (MY/SG focus; APAC opportunities welcomed).
  • Support basic enablement: maintain message templates, call scripts, and simple playbooks for repeatable outreach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years experience as SDR / BDR / Inside Sales, preferably in B2B tech / SaaS.
  • Proven hands‑on capability in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, outbound email sequencing, and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Comfortable selling into multiple stakeholders (Marketing/CRM, Digital/Product, IT) and handling common objections.
  • IT industry experience is a plus; experience in CRM / Loyalty / Martech / Customer Engagement solutions is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and consistent with pipeline discipline.
  • Bilingual: Chinese + English (spoken and written).
