  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to build and progress pipeline aligned with regional priorities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track lead activity, and manage pipeline hygiene.
  • Provide insights on market trends, buyer personas, and campaign performance.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Profile

A successful Sales Development Lead (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Fluency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English, both written and spoken. Candidate with JLPT N3 is welcomed to apply.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Development, Sales Development, or Business Development.
