What you'll be doing

Liaise with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project objectives.

Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm orders, and close sales.

Prepare for and participate in client presentations.

Meet with clients, Project Managers, end-users, and other tradespeople to discuss needs and requirements.

2. Project Coordination & Management:

Coordinate with internal procurement, construction teams, and in-house designers to develop design solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.

Attend project and site meetings, coordinating site activities.

Perform site measuring and inspections.

3. Design & Quality Assurance:

Able to understand and interpret designs and drawings.

Conduct site inspections to ensure design specifications are followed correctly and work meets quality standards.

Perform final quality assurance checks to ensure client satisfaction and successful project handover.

4. Industry Knowledge:

Stay up-to‑date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.

What we're looking for

At least a Diploma or Degree, in Interior Design or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer

Proficient in using design software such as 3d Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong project management and problem‑solving skills
