Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab

• Attend to customers and provide accurate product information based on their needs.
  Melayan pelanggan dan memberikan maklumat produk mengikut keperluan mereka.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  Memastikan tahap kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi melalui servis jualan yang baik.
• All sales-related transactions are carried out in the office only.
  Semua urusan transaksi jualan dilakukan di pejabat sahaja.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
  Melaksanakan tugas tambahan yang diberikan oleh Penyelia dari semasa ke semasa.
• Know how to create TikTok advertisements, record videos & promote products through social media.
  Perlu mengetahui cara membuat iklan TikTok, boleh merakam video & mempromosikan produk di media sosial.

Working Hours / Waktu Bekerja

• Mon – Fri / Isnin – Jumaat: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday / Sabtu: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays / Ahad & Cuti Umum: Cuti (Off)
