Previous working experience in Sales, customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.

Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively & social media savvy.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Maintain accuracy of information given to customers

Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs

Passionate on sales closing / generating leads

Requirements:

Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Logistics background is highly considered / added advantage

Experience in software sales is a plus

Diploma and Degree Fresher, encouraged to apply

Perform other task as assigned Customer Support.
