A leading sales and marketing company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual for a sales role focused on dealer management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business or a related field and experience in sales or e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include recruiting dealers, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing the Shopee store operations. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Identify, approach, and recruit new dealers through online research, referrals, or on-ground scouting.
Present the dealer program, product portfolio, and brand advantages to prospective dealers.
Support the dealer onboarding process, including registration, documentation, and activation.
Maintain regular communication with existing dealers regarding restocks, orders, and general support.
Conduct routine dealer site visits to review product displays, brand visibility, and gather feedback.
Achieve sales targets by developing high-potential dealer accounts, suggesting promotional deals, and collaborating with dealers for consistent growth.
Assist dealers with order placement, payment processing, delivery tracking, and product-related issues.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Shopee chat, and website messaging.
Provide accurate product information, promotions, and buying guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage complaints efficiently, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer accounts accurately.
Uphold the company’s service standards in all customer interactions.
Manage daily operations of the Shopee store and company website, keeping listings updated with current pricing, stock, images, and campaigns.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery in line with platform and company policies.
Plan and implement online campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions to boost sales.
Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for replenishment.
Track and report online sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
Share customer feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and lead generation.
Maintain an up-to-date database of dealers, customers, and online orders.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and insights.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, dealer management, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Independent, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to multi-task across sales channels.
Comfortable engaging with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of online sales platforms (Shopee, website, social media) and order management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Own transport and valid driving license for dealer visits (for B2B sales role).
Experience in automotive, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
