Responsibilities

• Utilize database software to organize financial account information
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
• Issue & check invoices and do monthly AR closing statement to customers
• Update customer files with issued invoices
• Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers)
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Computer literate, good communication skills and self‑motivated.
• Prior experience in using accounting software is beneficial e.g., SQL.
