TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd – Klang, Selangor

We are seeking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator who can also provide personal and executive support to the Director. This role requires someone with sales experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage both business and personal matters professionally and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the middle contact person between the Director and Staff, Clients, Vendors, and External parties.
  • Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and basic performance reports.
  • Support outdoor/field sales teams with planning and coordination.
Director’s Personal & Executive Support

Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Stand by after working hours and weekends to respond to urgent messages from the Director, when required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends, when required.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
