We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining customer data, processing orders, and providing support to sales representatives. This role will require excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth sales operations and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle correspondence with clients via email, phone, or messaging apps. follow up on leads or client inquiries.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing or sending proposal, Proforma Invoice, booking form and draft BEO to admin.
  • Coordinate sales activities for upcoming events (preparing key envelope, function signages and re-arrange function voucher)
  • Prepare and manage targeted databases ( school, corporate companies and government office ) by sourcing contact information from websites, organizing data in Excel, and ensuring accuracy. Handle direct mailing tasks including printing addresses on envelopes and mailing out resort brochures, promotional package flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist sales team to liaise with other departments (e.g., F&B, Voucher dept, purchasing, front desk) for upcoming event.
  • Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups when needed.
  • Handle client resort inspection when sales team is away or not available.
