What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate across departments like Production and Sales to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Follow up with the Sales Team on customer queries, pricing, delivery updates, and more.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update our sales database and customer records.
  • Provide general admin support to the sales department.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks when needed — we value your flexibility!
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum qualification: SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Admin/Management or equivalent.
  • Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia required. Mandarin is a plus!
  • Problem solver with strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
