JOB PURPOSE: Service Administrator is mainly to provide administrative support to Service Department, play an important role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services and maintaining exceptional clients’ satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination
- Monitor the service job status for smooth arrangement of material purchase, job planning and invoice billing.
- Corresponds with vendors and internal department for proper documentation handling.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), check list, and related paperwork.
Customer Support
- Communicate with internal department and clients for job status, billing status, and PO follow-up for emergency job done.
- Maintain professional and timely responses to client’s inquiries.
Documentation & Reporting
- Manage service job database (eg. New job order, scheduled service, etc) and keep record up to date.
- Filing management by liaise with service leaders and account department to ensure all service reports and invoices are properly filed and tracked.
General Administration
- Handle correspondence, filing, and administrative tasks related to the service department.
- Monitor and replenish service-related forms and consumables.
- Support continuous improvement of service operations and workflow.
Salary Package
- Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
- Fixed Transportation allowance: RM 300
- Annual Leave: <3Y 14d, 3~5Y 18d, >5Y 22d
- Medical Benefits (including coverage upon joining – Hospital & Surgical + Personal Accident)
- Annual Medical Claim based on receipt, max amount depends on age
- Age 20s: 1,000 RM
- Age 30s: 1,200 RM
- Age 40s: 1,400 RM
- Age 50s: 1,600 RM
- Increment: once a year, after probation will be entitled based on good performance
- Bonus: 1 or 2 times in a year (subject to company performance)
