SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, contracts, and pricing.
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery in coordination каталог с логистикой и регуляторными органами.
  • Follow up with the sales supports in customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and elevate issues to sales managers when necessary.
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns by preparing materials and coordinating execution.
Data & Reporting
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales relative reports for the Department Head and General Manager.
  • Timely report on the logistic status including the incoming stock / delivery status.
  • Maintain sales system and ensure data accuracy.
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the central liaison between sales team, regulatory affairs, and management.
  • Ensure timely communication of product availability, pricing changes, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensurehoedddocuments and approvals are aligned with sales activities.
Operational Efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and propose LAB improvements.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accpac system will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
