SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, contracts, and pricing.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery in coordination каталог с логистикой и регуляторными органами.
- Follow up with the sales supports in customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and elevate issues to sales managers when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns by preparing materials and coordinating execution.
Data & Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly sales relative reports for the Department Head and General Manager.
- Timely report on the logistic status including the incoming stock / delivery status.
- Maintain sales system and ensure data accuracy.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the central liaison between sales team, regulatory affairs, and management.
- Ensure timely communication of product availability, pricing changes, and promotions.
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensurehoedddocuments and approvals are aligned with sales activities.
Operational Efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and propose LAB improvements.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accpac system will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
