Responsibilities

Handling a high volume of customer enquiries while providing a high quality of services.

Prepare and follow up on any sale quotation made for customers, negotiate terms with the customers at a cost best suited for the company.

Assist the sales team, focusing mainly on managing the delivery schedule and the distribution of any sales documentation.

Efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Sales/Marketing job scope. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work with other departments to achieve the company’s objectives and targets.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Readiness to travel and possess own transport.
