We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join the team at CJ Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless coordination between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Management
- Enter purchase orders (PO) received from sales representatives into the system and issue POs
- Manage product inbound and outbound schedules
- Coordinate delivery timelines and communicate updates with customers
Order Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain and regularly update the PO order tracking file
Product & System Management
- Periodically update and manage the product master file (product codes, pricing, specifications, etc.)
- Support the registration of new products and system updates
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Monitor delivery and shipment schedules by customer
- Work closely with the SCM part to prevent or resolve delivery delays
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Consolidate monthly sales data and assist in reporting
- Provide support for sales representatives (e.g., samples, promotional items, travel expenses)
- Collaborate with internal departments (scm, accounting, marketing, etc.) to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food, distribution, or manufacturing industry (sales admin or sales operations)
- Experience using MYOB, SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong data management and reporting skills
