Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant, Solar PV (Junior / Senior) with a strong background in Solar Photovoltaic (PV) solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy, possesses solid industry knowledge, and has a proven track record in sales and business development.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our solar energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the solar industry.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations to educate prospects on solar PV solutions, ROI, and energy efficiency benefits.
  • Collaborate with technical, design, and project teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and relevant government incentives or policies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in solar PV sales, renewable energy, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project development, and energy markets in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Multilingual ability (e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other local dialects) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Strong professional network in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
