Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant for PF-i at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Islamic banking products and services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's customer base and meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify and approach potential clients to promote RHB Bank's PF-i products and services
  2. Conduct product presentations and provide detailed explanations of Islamic banking concepts to customers
  3. Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable PF-i products
  4. Assist clients in completing application forms and gathering necessary documentation
  5. Follow up with clients throughout the application process and address any concerns or queries
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets for PF-i products
  7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in Islamic banking regulations
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of applications
  9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  10. Participate in marketing events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
Job Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  3. Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and products
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
