A local automobile dealership in Perak is seeking a customer-focused individual to assist walk-in customers and provide vehicle recommendations.   • Attend to walk-in customers and actively engage with them to understand their requirements and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
  • Assist customers in making vehicle purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
  • Provide thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
  • Offer test drives to all prospects. Follow dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery (i.e., cleans vehicles, fills gas tank, and ensures all features are operational) prior to customer arrival.
  • Help with the used-vehicle inspection process.
  • Submit necessary documents for the purpose of bank loan.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Participate in sales meetings and trainings, and continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
