Job summary

A luxury retail company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an individual to maintain shop presentation and engage customers about products. Responsibilities
  • Maintain impeccable standards in the presentation of the shop interiors and windows.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in annual stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Greet and engage with customers providing comprehensive information about products and services.
  • Engage in luxury clientelling to establish enduring relationships with customers.
  • Cultivate loyalty and create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.
  • Support scheduled sales activities to meet sales targets.
  • Actively participate and contribute to corporate and customer-related events and activities.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position in luxury retail i.e. timepieces, jewellery, fashion.
  • Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, reliable and a team player.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
