Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals successfully.
• Take the lead in driving sales initiatives to achieve predefined targets.
• Deliver outstanding purchase experiences to enhance customer retention.
• Continuously acquire and update knowledge and expertise on our products.
• Participate in roadshows, vehicle displays, canvassing, sales activities, and launch events.
• Identify and engage potential clients using diverse strategies, including social media outreach and livestreaming.
• Effectively manage daily sales prospecting activities.
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet challenging monthly sales targets.
• Display creativity in devising strategies to boost sales through innovative planning and implementation.
• Prior experience in handling new vehicle sales processes would be an advantage.

Requirements

• Willing to work long hours.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport with a valid “D” driving licence.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
