Job summary

A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated individual to achieve sales targets in Hire Purchase financing and build relationships with car dealers. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree, have at least one year of experience in financial sales, and possess strong communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage. This role requires the ability to work during weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial sales and service industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Hire Purchase sales targets and cross selling targets.
• Source and develop new car dealers base to ensure effective penetration of business.
• Regularly review market strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets.

Job description

• Achieve Hire Purchase sales targets and cross selling targets.
• Source and develop new car dealers base to ensure effective penetration of business
• Maintain continuous good business rapport with car dealers and customer
• Regularly review on market strategy and action plan in order to achieve sales targets
• Conduct site visits to perform further verification and to mitigate risk.
• Provide expert advise on financing terms, interest rate and repayment options.
