Job Description
We seek passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. In this role, you will promote our cord blood storage and diagnostic services, establish relationships with healthcare professionals, and educate expectant parents about the benefits of our offerings. Ideal candidates will align with StemLife Berhad’s vision and be inspired by the impact they can make on families’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct informative presentations to educate parents and healthcare professionals on our services.
- Partner with hospitals, clinics, obstetricians and nurses to obtain referrals.
- Address client inquiries and alleviate concerns about cord blood banking and diagnostics.
- Develop strategies to increase leads and sales in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance services and streamline referral processes.
- Follow up effectively with leads and clients to nurture relationships and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
Good to Have
- Relevant experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or service‑oriented industries (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, wellness, aesthetics & retail pharmacy).
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred; strong passion for helping others is essential.
- Understanding of stem cell technology and regenerative medicine is a plus.
- Exceptional selling skill, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree/background in Life Sciences, Biology, Nursing, or related courses will be an advantage.
