The consultant will build relationships with customers to understand their needs and assist them through the purchase process. Responsibilities include generating leads via social media, handling inquiries from walk-in and online customers, and ensuring smooth transactions. Ideal candidates have sales and customer service experience, particularly in retail or the automotive industry.

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.
Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
