Join HCI's Malaysia Headquarters as our Sales & Business Support Executive and be part of a visionary business alliance!

Plan and support training programs as well as business development–related activities.

Travel across various regions in Malaysia to attend meetings or execute events (dual fuel allowance provided).

Coordinate and arrange schedules, meetings, timelines, and all related communication matters.

Assist in follow-ups and ongoing operational tasks.

Handle customer inquiries, follow-up actions, and basic client relationship management.

Prepare, organize, and maintain sales reports, documents, and customer records.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director when required.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car; willing to travel across Malaysia.

Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask independently.

Experience in administrative, project, training, or assistant roles is a plus.

Interest in international business, education/training, and community-building is highly preferred.
