Job Requirements:

  • The BDO role offers an exciting opportunity to promote the use of CTOS's proprietary risk management solutions amongst business users.
  • The role focuses on customer acquisition and exposes you to business owners and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industry sectors.
  • Ample training and guidance will be given to hone your client engagement and selling skills. Promote products or services to customers and negotiates contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue. Increase sales opportunities, improve market position and maximize organization growth.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
  • Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards.
  • Maintain and improve professional, selling skills and technical knowledge through organization development roadmap
  • Review on performance and aim at exceeding set targets. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysians or individuals with relevant residence status.
  • Minimum One (1) year of B2B sales experience.
  • Candidates with 1 year of sales experience preferred SME sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with diploma / degrees are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant sales role
  • Thorough understanding of sales planning and negotiating techniques
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Highly self-motivated, Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport.
  • This position is required to Travel and perform Outdoor Sales.
