Sales & Business Development Executive (Marketing)

As a Sales & Business Development Executive (Marketing), you will play a key role in driving new partnerships and business opportunities.

This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to execute partnership strategies and achieve performance goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking and cold-calling potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct and analyze market research, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as per KPI, with strong emphasis on monthly performance, conversion rate, and sales value — across all available stock, ongoing, and new launch projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to shopping malls, parking management, or e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, develop, and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
