Job summary

A retail fashion company is hiring for retail sales associates in Malaysia. The role involves servicing existing sales accounts and targeting new ones to meet sales targets. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the retail industry, preferably in the watch, jewelry, or leather sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. The position requires willingness to work on shifts and public holidays.

Qualifications

Job Description

• To service existing sales accounts and target new sales accounts to achieve sales targets (KPI’s).
• Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.
• To build strong customer relationship.
• Takes part to execute all merchandising tasks; Floor sets. Demonstrate product knowledge for all concept.
• Maintain high level personal integrity. (e.g. adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, work published schedule, accurate timekeeping records & etc).
• Perform operational task, cash handling, overall store organization and housekeeping.
• Ensure that store is clean and tidy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail industry preferably in watch, jewelry & leather.
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are also encouraged to apply.
