  • Comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat, or email
  • Willing to work and relocate to KL, Malaysia

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for applicable products
  • Become an expert on Social Media Account Advertising solutions
  • Identify trends and resolve problems effectively
  • Gather and share product insights and feedback from clients

  • Utilize various tools to communicate effectively and drive advertiser success
