Job description

To create and maintain a long‑term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales of the jewellery goals, represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business, and assist customers with choices by providing product information, all while fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Drive the Sales: Work to hit individual sales and store targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Director of Sales; achieve high service standards.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales and customer service, while providing an excellent WOW service experience to customers.
  • Maintain and uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to effectively handle customer complaints.
  • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures, and furniture within the store, keeping them neat and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.
  • Comply with brand standards and the company’s SOP.
