Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ipoh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant product recommendations. The role includes achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining in-store merchandising standards, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and participation in promotional activities will also be required.
